Ceramic Coating
Ceramic Ceramic coating is a liquid polymer applied by hand to a vehicle’s exterior that chemically bonds at the molecular level with the factory paint to form a semi-permanent protective layer.
- Environmental Protection: Shields paint from UV rays (preventing oxidation and fading), bird droppings, tree sap, road salt, and chemical stains.
- Enhanced Gloss: Delivers a deep, mirror-like “wet look” shine.
- Easier Maintenance: Because the surface is slick, dirt and brake dust do not stick as easily, making regular washes much faster.
- Longevity: Unlike wax (which lasts weeks to a couple of months), a quality ceramic coating lasts from 1 to 3 years or longer depending on maintenance.
What Ceramic Coating Does NOT Do…
- Not Scratch-Proof: While it resists light swirl marks from washing, it will not prevent deep scratches or rock chips.
